Overview of Capabilities
- Lumber One will provide assistance with preliminary feasibility estimates.
- Work with group and architect to finalize plans and specifications.
- Prepare a comprehensive contract.
- Construct project per plans and specifications ON TIME and ON BUDGET.
- Prepare monthly draw request and tour project with architect on as needed basis.
- Supply proper documentation for LEED or Energy Star certification.
- Prepare on a timely basis all paperwork if project is constructed under HUD, MHFA, Rural Development, Davis Bacon guidelines.
- Complete final walkthrough and complete punch list in timely manner.
