By entering the Lumber One Drafting Services Giveaway you agree to abide by these Official Rules and any other terms and conditions referenced in these Official Rules.
1. HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period, visit http://www.lumber-one.com/main/home_plans and click on the link to complete and submit the survey/entry/registration form. Registration is free. Membership is not required. Must be 18 years of age or older at time of registration. If you are randomly selected you will receive a prize, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants. Limit one (1) prize per person/email address per promotion.
2. PRIZES: $500 in drafting services from Lumber One. Prizes are not transferable, substitutable or redeemable for previous purchases or cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Good only on services and some exclusions may apply. Winners are solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
3. RULES & ELIGIBILITY:
- No participant is required or permitted to make any purchase or to give, pay or risk anything of value in exchange for the opportunity to win.
- Lumber One will choose the winning participant by a random-selection method chosen by the company in its sole discretion. The results of such random selection are final.
- The winning participant is solely responsible for any state or federal taxes assessed by reason of the product won.
- Employees of Lumber One, The Flint Group and any person engaged to work on this promotional program and their respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, and each of their immediate family members (including mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband or wife) and those living in their households are not eligible to enter or win.
- This promotional give-away is not valid in any state in which it is illegal, and no resident of any state in which this promotional give-away is prohibited may enter and no such participant will be eligible to win.
- The prize period is for a limited time and will end at the sole discretion of Lumber One. Entries will be eligible for the prize period for which they are received only and will not be eligible for subsequent prize periods.
- Multiple entries by a single individual during a specific promotion period are disqualified.
- This promotional giveaway is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States (includes the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: If you are a winner randomly selected, you will be notified by email to receive a prize, subject to verification of eligibility and the terms of these rules. The return of any prize as undeliverable or noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Registration for prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use register's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without compensation, permission or notification, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your prize.
